Business Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the entire analytics value delivery for the Merchant Business Unit, managing a team of analysts to support the offline merchant ecosystem and payment acceptance.
• Lead end-to-end analytics support, including designing team structures, hiring, and capability building to maintain high standards for data-driven problem solving.
• Collaborate closely with business and product functions to translate complex business problems into actionable analytical frameworks.
• Drive business actions and product decisions by generating deep insights and providing unbiased, holistic analysis.
• Influence stakeholders across various functions to drive strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
• Act as an integral part of the pod strategy, going beyond a traditional analytics counterpart to shape product direction.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of analytics experience, with at least 2 years specifically in a Product Analytics role.
• Proven experience leading an analytics team as a people manager.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience handling large-scale datasets.
• Solid data modeling skills to manage ETL at scale and understand organizational data flows.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a deep curiosity for how products function and drive business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FinTech, merchant payments, or B2B platforms.
• Proficiency in statistical modeling using Python or R.
• Experience with dashboarding principles and tools, such as QlikSense.
