Business Analytics Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts to drive business outcomes and growth using high-fidelity data.
• Own the end-to-end analytics function, including team structure, hiring, and capability building.
• Partner with business and product leaders to translate complex challenges into solvable analytical problem statements.
• Empower the team to generate unbiased analyses that influence product roadmaps and business strategy.
• Champion a data-driven culture across various functions and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner within your pod to co-create the business roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a Product Analytics role.
• Proven experience in team management and developing direct reports.
• Deep proficiency in SQL and handling large-scale data.
• Strong data modeling skills and experience managing ETL processes at scale.
• Experience building actionable dashboards (experience with QlikSense is a plus).
• Background in FinTech, payments, or financial services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Statistical modeling experience using Python or R.
• First-principles thinker with a strong penchant for business strategy and commercial outcomes.
