Business Analytics Co-op

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy across Sales, Fulfillment, and Billing systems
• Assist in customer transformation activities, including data mapping and issue resolution
• Support the development and delivery of periodic reports and KPI dashboards to monitor system health
• Conduct investigative analysis to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements for system enhancements
• Document processes, findings, and business rules to support ongoing governance and improvements
• Prepare insights and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree at Drexel University with a cooperative learning track
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month period (September 2026 – March 2027)
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to report in-person to the Philadelphia, PA office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau
• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting data-driven analysis
• Preferred GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Majors in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, MIS, or related fields
