Business Analyst/Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to understand complex workflows and undocumented edge cases
• Lead discovery workshops, user shadowing, and requirements gathering activities
• Translate findings into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Own and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Serve as the bridge between business intent and engineering execution
• Document business rules and conditional logic for codification and automated testing
• Support UAT planning and execution by building structured test scenarios
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing business processes
• Maintain proactive communication regarding risks, dependencies, and key decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner
• Working knowledge of the studio and entertainment industry (content licensing, distribution, and broadcast rights)
• Proven ability to elicit and document complex business requirements
• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops with senior stakeholders
• Experience in Agile environments (sprint planning, backlog grooming, story writing)
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
• Experience supporting data-heavy platforms or large-scale migrations
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
