Business Analyst/Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Provide frontline technical support to internal users and customers, managing IT help desk tickets
• Design, test, and implement technical solutions to streamline workflows and optimize processes
• Define success criteria for testing and monitor product metrics for stakeholder presentation
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech and/or MBA degree
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Associate Product Manager
• Working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of APIs and SQL queries
• Strong communication, management, and documentation skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-obsessed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Wealth Management domain
• Experience collaborating with users and partners
