About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and process discovery for SCM streams
- Translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions with minimal customization
- Prepare functional documentation including FDD, configuration workbooks, and AS-IS/TO-BE process maps
- Align functional solutions across Procurement, Inventory, WMS, Sales, Planning, and Finance integration
- Manage D365 SCM modules including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, WMS, Sales & Distribution, and Master Planning
- Oversee production control, execution, and asset management
- Conduct business process studies and optimization recommendations
- Handle change management and business system Fit-Gap analysis
- Document reporting requirements for Power BI dashboards and KPIs
Requirements
- 7–8 years of total experience with at least 4+ years hands-on in D365 SCM / ERP SCM
- Proven track record of at least 2 end-to-end D365 implementations in manufacturing industries
- Strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM (F&O)
- Experience in Fabrication, Manufacturing, Pipe, Metal, Copper, or Aluminium industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience in UAT/SIT, defect triage, and go-live support
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certification MB-330 (D365 SCM Functional Consultant)
- Microsoft certification MB-300 or MB-310
