Business Analyst/Consultant

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology leaders to shape automation and agentic AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end discovery sessions with SMEs to identify, assess, and document automation opportunities.
• Maintain a high-quality automation pipeline for RPA, low-code, and AI solutions by evaluating complexity, feasibility, and ROI.
• Analyze and map current-state processes to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization improvements.
• Translate optimized processes into clear business requirements and documentation, such as PDDs.
• Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Analysis, or Project Management.
• Background in Agentic AI, automation, RPA, low-code, or systems/process analysis.
• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
• Ability to think through complex process logic, decision points, and exceptions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar RPA technologies.
• Hands-on exposure to agentic data platforms like Microsoft AI Foundry, Snowflake Cortex, or Databricks Agent Builder.
• Understanding of how data agents, RAG, and LLM-based solutions are designed and deployed in an enterprise setting.
• UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA) designation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP).
