Business Analyst/Consultant

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical pods to translate complex enterprise workflows into scalable automation requirements.
• Conduct deep-dive "As-Is" analysis to design optimized "To-Be" states for peak process efficiency.
• Author comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and partner on Solution Designs (SDDs) to ensure logic clarity and traceability.
• Perform hands-on gap analysis of Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and lead process validation.
• Advise clients on shaping long-term automation roadmaps and high-level AI strategy.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, including IDP and Process Mining, to move clients toward autonomous ecosystems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a focus on Intelligent Automation, RPA (e.g., UiPath), or AI-driven application engineering.
• Proven understanding of modern AI architectures, including LLMs, API integrations, and unstructured data processing.
• Demonstrable expertise in authoring rigorous PDDs and collaborating on SDDs.
• Strong track record operating within Agile frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP).
