Business Analyst/Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead critical enterprise workflow migrations from Blue Prism to UiPath, optimizing automations for the new platform.
• Serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical pods to ensure requirement clarity and process validation.
• Create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with strict traceability.
• Plan, estimate, and execute Business Analysis activities and manage backlog prioritization for Delivery Pods.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements and identify logic optimization opportunities.
• Manage the full automation lifecycle from discovery to delivery, evolving into a strategic AI and automation advisor.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in automation, Business Analysis, or Consulting roles.
• Non-negotiable exposure to UiPath and/or Blue Prism.
• Solid experience in process modeling using UML/BPMN.
• Proven skills in technical documentation, specifically PDD, SDD, and TDD.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical constraints and business expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA) certification.
• Basic technical knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Exposure to AI, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), or Process Mining (e.g., Celonis).
