About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide functional advisory on requirement implementation and stimulate process changes to gain efficiencies
- Design and develop highly scalable Zoho implementations using API integrations, HTML, CSS, and Deluge
- Construct workflow charts, diagrams, and technical specifications based on customer requirements
- Support Project Managers and delivery teams in defining project milestones and ensuring quality deliverables
- Produce project analysis documentation including business requirements, scope matrices, use cases, and UAT plans
- Manage and improve project management processes within an Agile technology delivery context
Requirements
- Proficiency in Deluge programming, HTML, and CSS
- Experience designing scalable implementations with API integrations
- Deep understanding of API frameworks, micro-services, and SDKs
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, including change and release management
- Strong skills in workflow charting, diagramming, and project analysis documentation
- Excellent overview of web technologies and popular open-source solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Working experience in domains such as Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Healthcare, Pharma, or Manufacturing
