Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Zoho implementations using API integrations, HTML, CSS, and Deluge.
• Provide functional advisory to implement requirements and stimulate process improvements.
• Construct workflow charts, diagrams, and technical specifications based on customer requirements.
• Support Project Managers and delivery teams in defining milestones and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Produce project analysis documentation, including business requirements, use cases, and UAT plans.
• Work within Agile and DevOps environments, managing change and release processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Solutions Consultant or Developer designing software projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Deluge.
• Deep understanding of API frameworks, micro-services, and SDKs.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional, global environment and handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in domains such as Automobiles, Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Aviation, Healthcare, Pharma, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with the full project lifecycle, from integrating customer scope to driving prioritization.
