Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Structure highly complex and ambiguous business problems by formulating clear hypotheses and transforming data into actionable strategic plans
• Develop strategic analyses and presentations to support business decisions
• Ensure governance and consistency of performance metrics (KPIs and OKRs) to drive sustainable business growth
• Identify operational improvement and financial efficiency opportunities through the intersection of FP&A and Business Analytics data
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to drive growth and operational efficiency projects
• Support the creation of predictive models and metrics that contribute to the company strategy

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields
• Analytical and strategic capacity to break down ambiguous business problems using structured frameworks
• Ability to structure financial and operational models, scenario projections, and sensitivity analysis
• Practical experience connecting operational and financial data to real business problems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily PowerPoint and Excel)
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Strong synthesis, communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial sector or management/strategic consulting
• Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Ability to translate dense quantitative analyses into simple narratives and data storytelling
• Experience with Thinkcell
