Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Use change management and testing tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Jira
• Manage work items and tasks to meet software release deadlines
• Perform data maintenance, content reviews, and evaluate information audits
• Apply security and vulnerability best practices within the software development life cycle
• Prepare and deliver Software Test Plans and Software Documentation (user guides, training slides)
• Document project artifacts including UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, and mockups
• Conduct root cause analysis to support web-based software users

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• 3 years of experience in business system analysis of complex applications
• Proficiency in developing information system design artifacts like process maps and UI wireframes
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio or other DB client software
• Experience with SDLC security and DoD Information Assurance controls (STIG)
• Experience with diagramming tools such as Balsamiq, Visio, or UML
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology
