Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to capture business objectives and target-state processes
• Elicit, analyze, and document BRD/FRD with acceptance criteria and business rules
• Translate requirements into user stories and backlog items in Jira
• Support solution definition, integration requirements, and data migration needs
• Define UAT scope, test scenarios, and user journeys
• Coordinate UAT execution cycles, defect triage, and retest/closure
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to prevent scope creep
• Support department governance by ensuring artifacts are complete for stage gates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation or digital transformation
• Proven experience producing BRD/FRD, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on exposure to UAT planning, execution, and defect triage workflows
• Strong stakeholder facilitation skills for workshops and alignment sessions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing, e-commerce, payments, or marketplace platforms
• Exposure to integrations, APIs, and data migration
• Familiarity with stage-gate delivery models
• IIBA ECBA / CCBA certifications
• ITIL 4 certification
• Cloud Fundamentals knowledge
