Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Oracle Xstore Point of Sale solutions and its ecosystem (Xadmin, Xcenter, Xservices, Xenvironment, Xmobile, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Serve as a Techno-Functional Consultant, bridging communication between business teams and the Xstore development team.
• Drive Xstore localization efforts to ensure market-specific and legal compliance.
• Lead Proof of Concept (POC) development for new business requirements and innovations.
• Manage customization, enhancements, and development activities within the Xstore product suite.
• Support the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Analyze data to identify system limitations, resolve business problems, and optimize solutions.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience with at least 3–4 years specifically in a Business Analyst role.
• Proven expertise working with Oracle Xstore POS and its associated ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes, store operations, and POS workflows.
• Extensive experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and functional specification creation.
• Knowledge of localization, integrations, and custom development within Xstore.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
