Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable product and technical requirements
• Create and improve user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with team goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reduce ambiguity and ensure smooth workflows
• Participate in sprint activities, including backlog refinement and planning sessions
• Document decisions, pending questions, and follow-up actions to keep stakeholders informed
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities before production releases
• Identify risks or obstacles early and contribute to collaborative problem-solving

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Advanced or fluent English communication skills
• Strong experience in managing and prioritizing product backlogs
• Ability to write clear, detailed, and well-structured user stories
• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure DevOps for backlog management
• Proficiency with tools such as Confluence, Miro, or Figma
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and terminology (sprints, retrospectives, etc.)
• Experience working on fixed-price or fixed-scope projects
• Familiarity with Contentstack
