Business Analyst (UX)

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with customers to identify and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Create business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Transform requirements into storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces and maintain a reusable component library
• Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and end users
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and support teams to ensure design alignment
• Support project discovery by providing UX expertise during scope definition

Requirements

• 3+ years in UX Design, UX Research, or a combined Business Analysis/UX role
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, auto-layout, design systems)
• Strong ability to elicit and document business requirements
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations
• Ability to transform data and analytics into UX improvements
• Excellent English communication skills (B1+)
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, IT management, or enterprise software
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for developer handoffs
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX projects
• Experience with analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel
