Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical, coordination, and execution support to the Head of the Field and the Chief of Staff within the GWM US Field Management organization.
• Support the development and maintenance of strategic communications, including drafting talking points and building presentation materials.
• Assist in managing and tracking strategic and tactical initiatives across the organization.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare insights to support leadership decision-making regarding Field productivity and business priorities.
• Support people, engagement, and culture initiatives across the Field.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience, internships, or rotational experience in financial services, consulting, or analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint for building presentation materials.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• A proactive attitude and a strong interest in wealth management and sales-driven environments.
