Business Analyst - Treasury

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-house and third-party IT solutions to meet business stakeholder needs within the treasury domain
• Manage and support treasury systems covering derivatives, money markets, FX, fixed income, and collateral management
• Draft functional specifications to facilitate System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users
• Design and develop business reports using PL/SQL and manage data integration into data warehouses
• Support treasury payment processes, including Swift messages, nostro management, and market data integration
• Assess technical architecture and skill sets to plan and execute business changes through technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Hands-on experience with Treasury systems such as Summit, Murex, Calypso, or OPICS
• Deep understanding of Treasury processes, including yield curve building and RFR
• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL reporting
• Experience working within Agile frameworks like Scrum is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
