Business Analyst/Transformation - Process Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives to maximize business value from process intelligence deployments, including automation and redesign opportunities
• Map end-to-end business processes and underlying systems to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain a knowledge repository of process insights derived from process mining tools
• Manage project work across multiple initiatives, coordinating between process owners, analysts, IT, and the Results Delivery Office
• Create visualization dashboards to present actionable insights and track key metrics, milestones, and ROI

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 7 to 13 years of experience in Business Performance, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management
• Proficiency with process mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio
• Experience processing, filtering, and presenting large datasets from multiple source systems
• Proficiency with data reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to partner with both business and IT stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information for various audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Coding knowledge in SQL, Python, or YAML
• Understanding of SAP ECC and S/4 HANA table structures
• Experience deploying AI and automation solutions such as RPA
• Knowledge of biopharmaceutical-specific business processes
