About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and build automated dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Analyze business performance metrics to identify trends and strategic implications
- Lead development of business plans and financial models for growth forecasting
- Act as a cross-functional connective tissue between departments
- Produce executive committee-level presentations and reporting materials
- Prepare regulatory and management reports for Finance and Compliance teams
- Support strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis and scenario planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Corporate Finance
- Strong SQL skills for large dataset manipulation
- Experience with BI and visualization tools, specifically Tableau
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
- Proficiency in Excel and presentation development tools
- Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in investment banking or management consulting
- Proven track record of supporting executive-level decision-making
