Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with the Product team to scope and define new features and improvements
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and refine product requirements
• Create and update technical documentation, including UI/UX mockups, workflows, and APIs
• Maintain product roadmaps and timelines
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and technical specifications
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for system improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, sales, marketing, and finance

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software or product development
• Proven experience working closely with developers and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Proficiency with Confluence for technical documentation and collaboration
• Experience with CRM or SaaS tools and operational systems
• Familiarity with Figma and Balsamiq
• Understanding of modern UI/UX design patterns and front-end architecture
• Ability to define workflows, user journeys, and interface requirements
