Business Analyst – Third Party Risk

Responsibilities

• Improve third-party data quality to support informed risk assessment and decision-making
• Validate critical third-party information to enhance accuracy, completeness, and governance outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to resolve data gaps and strengthen record integrity
• Drive timely resolution of data inconsistencies to maintain a trusted third-party register
• Optimise data collection tools and processes to improve efficiency and ongoing maintenance
• Deliver quality outcomes and actionable progress insights that support effective risk management

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related discipline, ideally within a regulated or risk-focused environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage, review, and validate large volumes of information accurately
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps, investigate issues, and support data quality outcomes
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills with a collaborative approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently
• Full Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
