Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain internal Python and SQL-based tools for data analysis and operations
• Conduct product testing on business system releases and validate new features
• Support quality assurance across internal business systems
• Develop and maintain reports using Crystal Reports
• Automate repetitive manual processes including data cleaning and report generation
• Work with data from multiple sources including SQL databases and Microsoft Power Platform
• Use modern AI tools to accelerate development and problem-solving
• Troubleshoot issues and gather requirements from end users

Requirements

• College diploma, university degree, or equivalent in computer science, software development, or data analytics
• 2-5 years of experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL
• Detail-oriented with a methodical approach to testing
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Crystal Reports
• Exposure to Microsoft / Power Platform ecosystem
• Bilingualism in English and French
