Business Analyst Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Business, Product, and Marketing Analysts.
• Own and drive analytical frameworks to support business, product, and marketing decisions.
• Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to translate results into actionable insights.
• Communicate complex analytical findings into simple, clear recommendations for senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure high analytical standards, data accuracy, and clear insight communication across the organization.
• Contribute hands-on analysis while setting best practices and analytical direction for the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of analysts.
• Proven expertise in A/B testing and experimentation.
• Background in Gaming, Gambling, E-commerce, or Fintech industries.
• Academic degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a business-oriented mindset.
