Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead market research efforts to identify target customer segments, competitive dynamics, and total addressable market
• Build business cases and financial models including revenue, costs, cash flows, and ROI
• Support rapid prototyping by translating insights into MVP scope and defining success metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads including product, engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations
• Track performance metrics across ventures by establishing dashboards and defining KPIs
• Conduct risk analysis and scenario planning to identify critical assumptions and mitigation strategies
• Evaluate strategic partnerships and business development opportunities through due diligence
• Translate strategic hypotheses into testable experiments and measure outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
• 4 to 7 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, product analytics, corporate development, or management consulting
• Experience in venture building or new product development
• Proficiency in market sizing, scenario planning, and financial modeling
• Experience with Excel, Sheets, SQL, or data visualization platforms
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence without authority
