Business Analyst - Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Strategy team to achieve performance goals and foster continuous professional development
• Establish strategic direction by aligning day-to-day operations with long-term organizational objectives
• Coordinate the development and implementation of multi-year strategic management plans in alignment with National, DoW, and IC requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact between the team and branch leadership to communicate progress and challenges
• Oversee operational and strategic initiatives to ensure short-term actions support broader organizational strategy
• Capture and report on metrics supporting Continuity of Operations, Risk Management, and Defense Critical Infrastructure programs
• Support Customer Lapse of Appropriations and furlough planning efforts, including SOP updates and after-action reports
• Develop and review briefings, talking points, and project plans for senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience, or 18+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Proven experience in strategic decision-making and leading diverse teams to high-performance outcomes
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to present complex strategies to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint
• FEMA Level 1 certification (or ability to attain within 6 months of hire)
