Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery workshops to document workforce scheduling processes, including shift bidding, compliance, and exception handling.
• Analyze operational data such as volume trends, shift patterns, and staff preferences to inform system configuration.
• Design optimized future-state workflows leveraging AI-driven capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
• Validate and reconcile client data during migration and integration to ensure system integrity.
• Define configuration rules including compliance guardrails, fatigue management, and cost controls.
• Develop test scenarios and lead end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal technical teams to resolve functional gaps.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS, Healthcare IT, or Workforce Management.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data modeling and validation.
• Working knowledge of SQL to query and validate large datasets.
• Strong understanding of 24/7 workforce scheduling complexities, such as compliance windows and fatigue management.
• Experience in shift-based environments (e.g., staff scheduler, roster clerk, or operations coordinator).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EMR systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Familiarity with ERP or HRIS platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
• CBAP certification.
• Experience with healthcare systems in the UAE, UK, or US.
