Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Extract and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders
• Manage project scope, communications, and prioritization of milestones
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for systems and liaison between technical and business users
• Document use cases and coordinate testing efforts
• Define and document implementation and project plans
• Coordinate issue resolution and manage stakeholder expectations
• Prepare and implement training programs
• Contribute to product roadmaps, including upgrades and integrations
• Assess business processes to identify areas for improvement
• Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders
• Demonstrate knowledge of system architecture to design features

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of Business Analyst or business process experience
• Hands-on experience with packaged software products
• Experience leading technical projects
• Basic knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office and Visio
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience identifying and analyzing data trends
