Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes to identify improvements and propose solutions
• Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and prioritize tasks
• Perform data analysis and create reports to support decision-making
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans
• Provide ongoing support and training to users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and process flow diagrams
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
