Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit, gather, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows to translate needs into implementable solutions.
• Maintain and prioritize a global backlog of epics and user stories, supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Coordinate across scope, schedule, and budget under the guidance of the Product Manager to ensure alignment within the SDLC.
• Analyze data, user feedback, and pain points to provide data-driven insights and tradeoff analysis for decision-making.
• Support digital solution operations and act as a first line of triage for technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, UI/UX designers, data scientists, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related science or engineering field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or project management within digital or software-focused environments.
• Experience supporting business analysis activities in Agile Scrum teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira.
• Strong technical foundation in software development, web technologies, and application development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with global cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with engineering or geospatial tools (e.g., Autodesk, Bentley, Esri).
• Experience or familiarity with the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
• Experience working in a global design environment.
