Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of needs.
• Analyze business problems and propose sustainable, customer-centric solutions that address stakeholder priorities.
• Document current processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to IT systems and workflows.
• Support portfolio management by assisting in the development of investment cases and analyzing data to communicate ROI.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and procurement to evaluate vendor options and mitigate technology risks.
• Assist the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team with technical due diligence, process mapping, and integration planning for target companies.
• Participate in the Business Analyst community to foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Degree in business, finance, technology, or equivalent professional work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience delivering software within an Agile framework.
• Strong expertise in process documentation and creating detailed business requirements.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Strong facilitation and consensus-building skills to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) process.
• Experience working with distributed teams across different locations and time zones.
