Business Analyst Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to define user requirements and processes for the Global Fraud Technology team.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT to provide technical solutions and translate requirements for developers.
• Support the systems implementation process by developing test cases, performing testing, and defining user workflows.
• Perform data mapping and lineage activities to document information flows and support business requirements.
• Build metadata models and business glossaries by gathering information from various data sources and stakeholders.
• Work within a cross-functional Agile team to deliver core business and regulatory solutions.
• Assist Product Owners and Project Managers with stakeholder coordination and project management artifacts.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• 3+ years of experience in the analysis and design of new features.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management lifecycles.
• Advanced knowledge of Dispute workflow and case management for payment networks (credit/debit cards).
• Strong understanding of fraud and risk management, including the relationship between Front, Middle, and Back Offices.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• English language proficiency at a B2 level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in Business Analysis.
