Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders
• Analyze current business processes and implement improvements
• Collect and interpret data to support business decisions
• Ensure all business processes comply with GxP regulations
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance
• Maintain accurate documentation of business processes and requirements
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in business analysis within the Life Sciences sector
• Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
