Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships and service excellence for OEM clients, specifically agricultural equipment manufacturers
• Oversee the full order management lifecycle, including quotations, order processing, and portfolio analysis
• Act as a primary interface between internal departments such as Logistics, Sales, Planning, and Engineering
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators including OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and SLA levels
• Resolve complex issues regarding deliveries, lead times, product availability, and commercial discrepancies
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
• Serve as the focal point for high-complexity clients to ensure alignment between demand and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or similar roles within an industrial environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working directly with OEM, B2B, or heavy machinery manufacturers
• Advanced proficiency in the English language
• Previous experience in the agricultural, automotive, or heavy equipment industries
• Technical familiarity with BI tools, CRM systems, or SAP
