Responsibilities

• Ownership of business processes, from creation and documentation to continuous optimization and scaling.
• Cross-functional interaction to improve collaboration between business units and adjacent teams (Finance, Legal, Product) to increase productivity.
• Coordination of operational projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency, from planning and implementation to result evaluation.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in international companies, Big4, or large Ukrainian companies.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Manager, or Account Manager.
• Result-oriented mindset.
• Strong collaboration and coordination skills across different teams and departments.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to transform data and operational challenges into practical solutions.
• Practical experience in building, documenting, and improving business processes.
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic automation).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with SQL.
• Previous experience working with legal and financial documents.
