Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business needs
• Facilitate functional workshops
• Write general and detailed functional specifications
• Model processes using BPMN or UML
• Coordinate between business and technical teams
• Participate in testing phases including test case writing and execution
• Support change management and end-users

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering school or University)
• 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) or V-model methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
• Knowledge of modeling tools like UML and BPMN
• Understanding of IT environments (APIs, databases, application architecture)
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent interpersonal and workshop facilitation skills
