Responsibilities
- Understand and challenge business needs
- Formalize requirements into user stories and functional documents
- Lead or contribute to scoping and refinement workshops
- Actively participate in backlog management with stakeholders
- Contribute to Agile cycles including planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Prepare, organize, and execute functional testing phases
- Support business teams and analyze anomalies to propose solutions
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Business Analysis or MOA
- Mandatory experience in the banking or finance sector
- Proficiency in functional writing and validation phases
- Strong knowledge of Agile environments
- Autonomy, rigor, and analytical mindset
