Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze user requirements
- Write functional specifications and user stories
- Design processes using UML or BPMN and propose adapted solutions
- Participate in project management using Agile or V-model methodologies
- Contribute to testing phases and change management support
Requirements
- Master of business processes, ERP/CRM, and the banking sector (SWIFT, SEPA, etc.)
- Proficiency in modeling tools like UML and BPMN
- Experience with tools such as Kyriba, Cashpooler, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills for data analysis
- Project management experience (Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Prince2, or ITIL)
- Master's degree in IT, Management, Finance, or Engineering/Business school
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in banking, finance, retail, or IT
- Knowledge of Cash Management and Asset Management domains
Preferred Qualifications
- English language proficiency is a plus for international development contexts
