Business Analyst - SIRH

Responsibilities

• Support a multi-year HR digitalization program aimed at modernizing the HRIS and evolving group-wide HR solutions
• Actively contribute to the deployment of new software by challenging deliverable quality and ensuring alignment with business needs
• Participate in the design, configuration, testing, acceptance, and production launch phases
• Secure data exchanges between the new HRIS and existing systems used for payroll and time management
• Serve as the application expert post-deployment, managing evolutionary maintenance, bi-annual releases, and incident tracking
• Support users through continuous improvement, process optimization, and gathering requirements for future evolutions

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (HRIS, HR transformation, or HR tool deployment)
• Mastery of SuccessFactors CORE RH configuration is essential
• Proficiency in French and professional-level English
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and a client-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, and Succession
• Experience with SAP S4 or ECC, particularly regarding interfaces and service continuity
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
