About the role
Responsibilities
- Understand the business and technology landscape and goals
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across Commercial, Pricing, and Operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand impact and identify dependencies
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollouts of feature capabilities
- Perform feature validations against documented business use cases
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Forwarding
- Experience developing detailed functional requirement documents
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with agile tools such as JIRA
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing customer-facing products
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
