Business Analyst ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and define technical and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions
• Structure, follow up, and ensure that requirements are met to create tangible business value
• Document and communicate business needs in a clear and engaging manner
• Act as a vital link between IT and business operations, focusing on CSM, HRSD, BPM, and digital process automation

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years of experience specifically within ServiceNow, BPM, and process automation
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSM or HRSD preferred; CSA or CIS is a plus)
• Experience with business development and working within Agile methodologies (SAFe certification is a plus)
• University degree or equivalent
• Fluency in both Swedish and English
