Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and define technical and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions
- Structure, follow up, and ensure that requirements are met to create tangible business value
- Document and communicate business needs in a clear and engaging manner
- Act as a vital link between IT and business operations, focusing on CSM, HRSD, BPM, and digital process automation
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 5+ years of experience specifically within ServiceNow, BPM, and process automation
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSM or HRSD preferred; CSA or CIS is a plus)
- Experience with business development and working within Agile methodologies (SAFe certification is a plus)
- University degree or equivalent
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
