Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for the National Sales Management team, including managing advisor compensation and client grouping methodology.
• Assume end-to-end ownership of projects by conducting interviews, defining scope, researching stakeholder needs, and developing implementation strategies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement by studying current practices and applying business knowledge to design data and system solutions.
• Prepare technical reports and facilitate the creation of new reports by collecting and analyzing information and trends.
• Liaise with all levels of Sales Management to drive resolution to business issues and ensure management is informed of escalated problems.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Business Analysis experience.
• Knowledge of wealth management concepts and financial instruments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of back-office or brokerage operational processes and end-to-end workflows.
• Experience with SQL, MS Access/VBA, or Visual Studio.
• Familiarity with Broadridge or AS400 systems.
