Business Analyst – SAP Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Align IT strategies with global manufacturing business objectives to ensure strategic priority support.
• Act as the primary bridge between IT and business units, translating complex requirements into executable SAP solutions.
• Drive innovation and delivery excellence across the SAP Manufacturing, QM (Quality Management), and WM (Warehouse Management) domains.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize requirements.
• Partner with IT and Platform SMEs to brainstorm solution approaches and oversee execution.
• Manage project governance, including scoping IT initiatives, defining roadmaps, and ensuring quality delivery within budget and timelines.
• Perform PMO activities to ensure smooth technical solution delivery and business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT).
• 6-8+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or as an IT Business Partner (ITBP).
• Proven expertise in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Strong skills in relationship management and business partnership.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic alignment within a manufacturing or technical domain.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience working within SAP manufacturing environments (PP, QM, WM).
