Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze sell-in and sell-out data across retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels
• Monitor KPIs including revenue, sell-through, inventory health, and promotional effectiveness
• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau
• Automate recurring reporting workflows and design AI-powered workflows to automate sales operations
• Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual sales planning cycles
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analytics, or strategy
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Hands-on experience with BI/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience applying AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to analytical workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consumer electronics or technology sales data
• Familiarity with inventory management concepts (WOI, AOH)
• Knowledge of business forecasting and planning methodologies
• Exposure to workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n
