Responsibilities

• Own the BA workstream by driving discovery efforts and managing the product backlog
• Write, refine, and validate user stories and acceptance criteria
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Product Owner to prioritize use cases
• Design and facilitate requirements workshops and process walkthroughs
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across client and delivery organizations
• Produce documentation including BRDs, FSDs, and BPMN-aligned process models
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct functional testing
• Facilitate core Agile scrum ceremonies and manage defect resolution
• Track KPIs and measure delivery against business outcomes
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and contribute to the broader BA practice

Requirements

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 1+ years delivering in agile squad environments
• Business Analysis certifications (IIBA, PMI, etc.)
• Proven track record of executing the full requirements lifecycle
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or Miro
• Experience in data, analytics, or enterprise systems (SAP, cloud data platforms, BI)
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of utilities or related sectors
• Skills in programming or data science
• Knowledge of the technology marketplace and emerging technologies
