Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
• Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes for optimization
• Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs in partnership with Product Owners
• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash processes
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and release validation
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support change management, user training, and adoption initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-5+ years of Business Analysis experience in enterprise technology
• 2+ years of experience supporting Salesforce implementations
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and workflow analysis
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Confluence
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting or client-facing experience
• Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, or CPQ Specialist)
