Business Analyst (Salesforce CRM)

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements for Salesforce CRM enhancements and maintenance
• Engage stakeholders to clarify business, functional, and operational requirements
• Produce user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze current and future-state workflows for customer service and operational processes
• Support requirement definition for integrated processes involving customer and case data
• Support UAT preparation, test scenario design, and defect clarification
• Work with engineers and architects to ensure requirement feasibility
• Prepare release notes and stakeholder communications

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in CRM or enterprise platform delivery
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
• Ability to work across business and technical teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation capability

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with API, integration, and data mapping concepts
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments
