Business Analyst/Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs for key accounts, including both pure players and physical retail networks
• Implement action plans to optimize sales and propose replenishment strategies
• Develop and process client matrices using Excel
• Manage and compile product information, including EAN codes, descriptions, and visuals
• Monitor and analyze sell-out data for key clients
• Create monthly newsletters regarding market information and trends
• Support showroom organization and sample management (reception and returns)
• Assist in organizing buying days and professional trade shows

Requirements

• Analytical mindset and a proactive attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (highly required)
• Strong communication skills in both French and English (written and oral)
• High level of product sensitivity
• Ability to manage projects remotely, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Organized, pragmatic, and a strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in a similar role is appreciated
