Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify automation and AI opportunities
• Gather, structure, and validate business and functional requirements with stakeholders
• Perform data analysis and research to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Create process documentation, user stories, business cases, and functional specifications
• Drive testing and validation activities for automation and Agentic AI solutions
• Collaborate with and coordinate across consultants, developers, architects, and stakeholders

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, or digital transformation
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Italian: Mother tongue (C2) for client engagements
• English: C1 Advanced for internal communication and documentation
• Spanish: B2 minimum for office communication
• Experience with AI prompting and a solid understanding of automation technologies
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in a structured working environment such as Big Four, specialized consulting firms, or automation players
